We will do our best to have your package delivered as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, please allow between 5-7 business days to receive your purchase.

Returns

Unopened items can be returned within 14 working days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return. Items must be returned unused and in their original sealed packaging. If you have damaged the items we will not be able to provide a refund. 

To request a return, you can contact us at info@tekesfragrances.com, or on the Contact Us page on our website. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will process your refund or exchange in accordance with our return policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

If you discover that one of your products is defective or has been damaged during shipping, please contact us. In order to process the request, you must include photographs of the damaged or defective items in your email.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, you have a 24-hour window starting from the time you placed your order to do so. To initiate a cancellation request, please send an email to info@tekesfragrances.com with "Cancel Request" clearly stated in the subject line. Please note that any cancellation requests made after the 24-hour period may not be possible to process, as orders are typically processed and shipped promptly.

Exchanges

To request an exchange, please email our customer service at info@tekesfragrances.com within 14 days of purchase and include clear images of the product. All products must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we kindly ask that you provide the tracking number to ensure a smooth exchange process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
