Shipping within Israel

29 ILS for shipping across Israel. We offer complimentary shipping for orders over 300 ILS.

We will do our best to have your package delivered as soon as possible. Once your order has been processed, please allow between 3-5 business days to receive your purchase. 


Shipping to the United States and Europe

A flat shipping rate of 75 ILS (~USD 20) will be applied at checkout. 

Once your order has been processed, please allow between 5-10 business days to receive your purchase.

We currently do not ship perfumes outside of Israel, but we're working on it!

Unopened items can be returned within 14 working days, which means you have 14 days after receiving your items to request a return. Items must be returned unused and in their original sealed packaging. If you have damaged the items we will not be able to provide a refund. 

To request a return, you can contact us at, or on the Contact Us page on our website. If your return is accepted, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

It is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the items. We recommend insuring the items, and returning them through a courier company that provides information about the current location of the items from collection to us. In the event that the items are lost and/or damaged on their way to us, we will not be responsible for them and the you will not be entitled to a refund.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Unfortunately, any shipping charges associated with your original order and non-refundable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
